Presented by Katrina Grider (Houston) Leigh M. Nason (Columbia) Bonnie Puckett (Atlanta)

On September 22, 2020, President Donald Trump signed Executive Order (EO) 13950, “Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping.” Following a memorandum from the Office of Management and Budget, the executive order introduces requirements for government contractors that conduct employee training programs related to diversity and inclusion. In this webinar, the speakers will review EO 13950 and provide insight into what it means for federal contractors and subcontractors, and other employers grappling with the order’s effects on Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements and diversity and inclusion initiatives moving forward.
