COVID-19 Litigation and Mitigation Strategies Series: Leaves of Absence and Accommodation Litigation and Trends

In the fourth installment of our biweekly webinar series, the speakers will address key COVID-19-related issues pertaining to leaves of absence and reasonable accommodation, as well as anticipated charges and lawsuits likely to arise from these issues. The speakers will discuss:
