On April 30, CMS issued a second interim final rule making a number of changes to help health care organizations deal with the COVID-19 crisis. Several waivers were issued at the same time. We will discuss the high points and address some common questions. This education activity has been submitted to the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® and is currently pending their review for approval of CCB CEUs. We have also applied for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program in Iowa and Minnesota.
