Structuring and operating a business in the Digital Health space demands planning regarding a range of finance, payment, health care regulatory, employment and related issues which impact business strategy, structure and operating format. Whether a business involves direct patient care, support of care through technology or some other business model, key questions related to products/services, compensation/payment, business structure and others need to be considered along with a range of health care regulatory, employment and related concerns. This initial program will explore these key themes and also “connect the dots” to provide an overview of other legal issues that are relevant to new and established businesses in the Digital Health area.
