This webinar will discuss overcoming often misunderstood spoliation concerns in the time of COVID-19 restrictions. Spoliation challenges can be avoided if proper steps are taken after a property loss. This course will cover an overview of spoliation of evidence precedents across the United States, how to anticipate and overcome issues, while also discussing the proper way to preserve evidence from a loss site while ensuring the duty to mitigate is adhered to.
