She specializes in representing employers in Oregon and Washington workers’ compensation matters. Sommer works closely with employers to proactively assist in avoiding litigation, as well as handles all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. She completed her undergraduate studies at Willamette University in 1995 and earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Northwestern School of Law in 2005. Prior to attending law school, she worked several years as a certified Oregon workers’ compensation claims examiner.
