Jonathan Shapiro

Jonathan Shapiro is the managing partner of the New England office and a partner in the Boston office. He practices in all aspects of employment, labor and employee benefits law and litigation on behalf of management. He has represented management before state and federal courts throughout the country on a variety of labor and employment issues, including the defense of wrongful termination and discrimination actions. Jonathan regularly counsels employers nationally on a broad range of business and employment matters, including designing and implementing personnel policies and practices, overseeing the hiring and termination of employees, negotiating severance packages for senior executives, conducting internal corporate audits and investigations, and safeguarding and enforcing restrictions regarding corporate property and information.
